We offer a choice of 4 payment and shipping options:

 

 

Prepayment:               You will receive an e-mail containing our account details. During the transaction process you will receive all the information required for a bank transfer. For international bidders we provide the IBAN- and BIC-Codes, thus facilitating a prompt and inexpensive EU-transfer. A transfer within the EU, for example from Germany to Austria, is charged at the same fee as a transfer within Germany, provided that you use IBAN + BIC/Swift  !!!

As soon as you have transferred the invoice amount to our account we will ship the goods to you.

 

PayPal:                          The secure way to send and receive money. With PayPal, you can shop online securely and conveniently using your debit or credit card, bank account or PayPal balance – all without sharing your financial details with the seller. It’s also an easy way to receive payments online from the sender’s card or bank account. Plus, it’s free to send money.

 

Cash on delivery:        The goods are shipped to you within 2 working days. The invoice amount (+ c.o.d. charge € 4.-) is collected by the postman upon delivery of the goods (only available in Austria).

 

 

Payment in cash:        Cash payment is possible when goods are collected by the customer. No shipping charges apply when goods are collecte by the customer. To ensure that goods are ready for collection, an appointment should be made by e-mail or telephone call in advance.

 

 

Shipping charges (by kg weight and shipping zones) are calculated by our programme and you will be advised automatically of the applicable charges when you have completed your order.

Up to 350g - 3.40€, up to 500g – 3.90€, up to 2kg – 4.30€, up to 4kg – 5.30€, up to 8kg – 6.40€, up to 12kg – 7.95€, up to 20kg – 10.10, up to 31.50kg – 13.30€

 

Shipping charges European Union and Switzerland (Österreichische Post AG):

Up to 350g – 5.80€, up to 500g – 7.60€, up to 1kg – 9.50€, up to 2kg – 13.70€

Extra fee for each additional partial kg 0.70€

Shipping charges other countries (Österreichische Post AG):

Up to 350g – 7.60€, up to 500g – 8.30€, up to 1kg – 13.10€, up to 2kg – 21.00€

Extra fee for each additional partial kg 4.00€

 

 

All orders with a value above 500 € are shipped for free within Austria and Germany! (Excludes cash on delivery orders)
